Return policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every xisistoe purchase. Below are our clear policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped or entered production. If your cancellation meets this condition, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon receiving the item.

2. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or confirmation email is required.

  • Do not send returns to the manufacturer or any address not provided by our team.

Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at most once per eligible return.

  • No restocking fees will be applied.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding:

  • Confirmation of receipt

  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.

  3. Check with your bank for pending transactions.
